unlock the mod apps

ok i have been playing this sever for about 4 months i did have a break for a month but add all my time up and its about 4 months.So i am eligible to apply for mod and every time i tried to apply and eve though i got rejected i was eligible. and u have also lost a moderator and ur other one
is never on so for me and maybe other people who are out there that are eligible to apply for moderator cant becuase its locked so unlock it and dont reject people becuase theres to many

he brings up a good point, Nick just quit, what i dont understand, is how he can say im not on very often -_-

wat then in totall i was on the server 4 a year
