How to post a screenshot

Ever seen something awesome and wanted to share it? Well now you can! Follow this tutorial on how to post a screenshot quickly and easily.

1.) Find something to take a screenshot of in Minecraft.


2.) Press the F1 key to hide the HUD elements. Then press F2 to take the screenshot.


3.) Open a web browser, and go to http://www.tinypic.com




4.) Click the "choose file" button, and navigate to ".minecraft/screenshots". Next, find and click on your screenshot.

NOTE: To find this folder on a PC, type this in the address bar:

%appdata%

and open the .minecraft folder. Next, open the screenshots folder.


5.) Press the open button to select the screenshot to upload.




6.) Click the green "Upload Now" button.


7.) Type in the anti-spam code you see pop up.


8.) After the upload is completed, copy (PC:[ctrl + c]) the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"




9.) Now, start a new post here on the forums, and where you want your screenshot to appear, paste the IMG code you just copied.


10.) Click "Post" when your done.
